We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days.
Returns Due to Our Error
If your return is the result of our mistake or a defect on our end — including but not limited to wrong items shipped, damaged goods, or quality issues — we will cover the full cost of the return and offer you the following options at no additional charge:

- Free replacement — we will reship the correct item to you at no cost.
Returns Due to Customer Reasons
If the return is due to personal preference or a reason not caused by us (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
